- Ensure good hygienic practices. Hand sink should be used for handwashing only. Discontinue using bar hand sink for storing cups. Discontinue storing employee food in the bar cold hold units and in the WIC.
- Ensure all hand wash facilities are supplied with soap and paper towels. During inspection the bar hand sink did not have soap or paper towels. Mens restroom did not have paper towels, females restroom did not have soap.
- Eliminate the presence of gnats in the bar and kitchen area.
- Supply men and women's restrooms with toilet tissue.
- Ensure food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and in good repair. Ensure the inside of the ice machine is cleaned, sanitized, and all mold accumulation is removed from the inside.
- Ensure establishments most recent graded inspection report is in customer view and permit is posted.
- Ensure proper and adequate hand washing. Employee did not wash hands between cleaning duties such as throwing away and picking up trash,and returning to serving drinks.
