- Ensure proper and adequate hand washing. During inspection employee was observed performing a hand washing procedure in less than 20 seconds and without using warm water. Employees must follow proper handwashing procedure in between tasks by washing with soap and hot water for 20 seconds and dry with paper towel.
- Ensure goood hygienic practices. Employees must drink from clean closed beverage containers with clean hands and away from food prep areas. During inspection employee drinks were stored on prep tables and were not stored in a closed drink container.
- Ensure water at hand sink reaches 100 degrees f. During inspection hot water at hand sink was turned off and only cold water was available for employees to wash hands.
- Ensure inspection report and food establishment permit are posted and current. During inspection establishments most recent and graded inspection report was not posted and food permit was expired. Establishment must obtain a valid and current permit within 10 days.
