  • Supply every handwashing sink with soap (hand sink near front cashier).

  • Observed flies in dining room area during time of inspection. Continue with monthly pest control service (or more often if needed) until the pest is eliminated from the establishment.
  • Replace damaged cutting boards in kitchen area. The manager removed the damaged cutting boards and stated new cutting boards will be ordered as soon as possible.

  • Clean equipment used for storing foods in reach in units. Ensure ice machine is cleaned on a regular basis to prevent mold/mildew growth.
