INSPECTOR FOUND ALL ICE BAGS WITHOUT NAME AND ADDRESS OF STORE WHERE IT WAS PACKAGED. Hand washing facility is blocked. Handwashing facility must be fully accessible at all times for employee use. There can be no barriers and this sink can be used for handwashing only. INSPECTOR FOUND THE ONLY HANDSINK AVAILABLE WAS COVERED & BLOCKED WITH ITEMS. Hand wash station has no paper towels. Supply the handwash station with individual disposable towels. No soap at the hand washing sink. Supply every handwashing sink with soap. FRONT HANDSINK HAS NO SOAP SUPPLIED. Food contact surfaces not cleaned and sanitized. Clean food contact surfaces. INSPECTOR FOUND MOLD GROWING INSIDE ICE MACHINE. PLEASE CLEAN AND SANITIZE PROPERLY. WATER DRAIN LINE FROM FILTRATION SYSTEM MUST BE ROUTED TO THE MOP SINK FOR PROPER DRAINAGE. IT CAN NOT DRAIN INTO THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. ONE PERSON ON DUTY DURING ALL HOURS OF BUSINESS MUST HAVE A FOOD MANAGERS CERTIFICATION DUE TO THE BAGGING OF ICE, SODA FOUNTAIN & COFFEE. INSPECTOR GAVE A LIST OF CLASSES FOR ESTABLISHMENT TO HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES TRAINED. EMPLOYEE HAS ONLY THE BATHROOM TO WASH HANDS DUE TO HANDSINK BEING BLOCKED IN FRONT AREA.	06/25/2010	77
