Owner informs me that there is at least one employee food manager certified; employee wasn't present at the time of inspection; facility will need to make sure that at least one employee is food manager certified and physically present during the hours of operation; left contact information for owner to send proof; if no proof is sent by next week, then a 1st reinspection fee of $103 will be charged.
