229.163 (n) (2) (A) closed beverage container. 229.163 (n)- eat, drink, smoke. Employee found drinking from an open cup while in the food preparation area(Pizza side). Employees must drink from clean closed beverage containers with cleans hands and away from food prep areas.

Foods(ice used for consuption (Pub side) not protected by covered containers,etc. 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (iii) cleaning / sanitizing Cloths(pizza side) need to be stored in sanitizing solution(labeled) or used as pot holders(if clean). Soiled cloths are not authorized to be used. Employees are not authorized to utilize towels as a replacement for proper and effective handwashing procedures.

There is no easily accessible hand sink in the ware washing area(pizza side). Set up water faucet so that the water flows long enough to become hot (110°F)(all timed faucets). Provide at least one hand sink in needed area as specified by law.
