  • (1) GENERAL CLEANING INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. (2) STORE ICE SCOOP EITHER IN/ON A CLEAN FOOD APPROVED SURFACE/CONTAINER OR INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE WITH THE HANDLE UP.

  • Soiled cloth observed resting on handsink. Ensure handsinks are used for handwashing only. Keep cloths in sanitizing water when not in use. Reminder: Do not use cloths to dry hands with.
  • Food items observed in contact with contaminated water inside refrigeration case in contact with contaminated water in center bar area. Ensure water is drained from refrigerator case and mold is removed.
  • No backflow prevention device found at mop sink with hose connection. Ensure backflow prevention device (vacuum breaker) is installed on mop sink if attaching a hose connection to prevent risk of contaminating water supply.
  • No paper towels available at handsink. Ensure soap and paper towels are available at all handsinks during all hours of operation.
  • Leak at ice machine, and pooled water resting in bin full of beer bottles observed. Ensure leak is repaired at ice machine and water is drained from red tub near center bar entrance.
  • Slime observed in ice machine. Ensure debris and slime are removed from machine.
  • Ice observed in contact with slime in ice machine. Ensure slime is removed from unit (see item #25) and remove contaminated ice from unit.
  • ICE HANDLE FOUND IN CONTACT WITH ICE IN ICE BIN. ENSURE ICE SCOOP IS STORED IN UNIT WITH HANDLE STICKING UPWARD OR IN BIN THAT IS SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE, NONABSORBANT, DURABLE, AND CLEAN.
