- Open bag of "Freds Fish Fry Cracker Meal" being stored next to a package of all purpose cleaner and a jug of bleach inside the back dry goods storage room. Store toxic chemicals in a designated area away from any food products.
- Need to remove ice build-up on floor and on pallet of frozen food products inside the large walk-in freezer.
- Need to seal or paint the raw wood on top of pallets, used to stage cases of food items and single use food packaging, located inside the walk-in freezer and back dry goods storage room.
- Need to post the current food permit and most recent food inspection report in public view.
