  • 229.165 (k) (14) (A)chlorine solution. Observed no cholorine reading at dish washer machine. Tested dish washer machine for temperature to be above 171 degrees F and it was not. Use 3 compartment sink for proper manual ware washing until dish washer has been fixed.
  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Observed all refrigerators needing to be cleaned. As well as all shelving holding dishes need to be cleaned.

  • Provide for employees to discontinue using aprons to clean soiled hands.
  • Provide for all bulk foods to be distributed by a scoop with a handle. Discontinue using cups.
  • Provide for establishment to be insect free (Flies). Ensure that secondary pest control measures are put into place to help control flies in kitchen.
  • Provide for all sanitizing buckets to be within range (50-100ppm).
  • Provide for most current inspection report to be posted within view at all times. Discontinue posting "NO SCORE" reports such as complaints.

  • Over 1,150 pounds of beef found not safe for human consumption. The beef product was stored in the walk-in cooler and the unit condenser was dripping foreign liquid on the uncovered meat products.
  • Numerous of containers storing meat and chicken products was found not properly covered and containers stacked on top of each other.
  • Cooked meat products stored in the walk-in cooler found not properly labeled to show when the product was prepared.
  • Ensure to have buckets with sanitzer solution with rags stored in the bucket to properly sanitize food contact surfaces in the kithcen and food prep areas.
  • Soda dispensing nozzles found dirty.
