- Observed several flies inside of the establishment. Ensure that flies are minimized and removed from the building by professional pest control method or by any approved means such as pesticides that may be use in a food establishment.
- Did not observe any thermometer in any of the cold hold units. Ensure that thermometers are placed in the coolers to ensure correct temperature.
- Shelf above warmer for corn is not clean. Food debris was seen on the shelf. Ensure that food contact surfaces are clean.
- Ensure that all food contact surfaces are smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent. Cardboard was seen on the inside of the large reach in cooler and wood was seen on the shelf where the corn is located and it was not treated to be easily cleanable and non-absorbent.
- Permit and routine inspection report was not posted. Ensure that the permit is posted and ensure that the routine inspection report is posted where customer can see it.
