Employee stated that is the only mop sink in the establishment (did not observed any other mop sinks). If that is the only mop sink for estalishment, sink cannot be used as a handsink for bathroom. Ensure to install a handsink in the bathroom or do not allow bathroom to be used and remove commode. Also, there is not a handsink in the bar area. Ensure there is a handsink with hot and cold running water in bar area (Hot water must be at 100 degrees F).
