At time of inspection, hot hold unit top rack was not at proper hot holding temperatures (corn dog at 119 degrees F). Temperature was adjusted. Food items had only been out for 40 minutes. Hot dogs in heating tray under hot hold unit was not turned on and had hot dogs sitting in it. Ensure that all hot hold food items are at 135 degrees F or above.
Supply soap and paper towels at hand washing sink.
Observed several gnats in back storage area where fountain drink boxes are stored and where drain lines drain at. Use effective means of pest control for gnats. Clean drain and fountain drink syrup residue.
Ensure area around fountain drink spouts are cleaned and in good condition.
Ensure that up to date food establishment permit is posted along with most recent inspection report.

Handsink in women's restroom did not have hot water at time of inspection. Hot water was at 74 degrees F. Ensure handsink is equipped with hot water of at least 100 degrees F.
Observed microwave soiled with food debris. Ensure the microwave is cleaned on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of food debris.
