No handsink available for use and establishment is handling ice for consumption/cutting limes/dressing rim of bottles. Handsink in women's restroom is not functional, no water provided. Hot water in men's restroom was 94 degrees F. **Install handsink with hot and cold running water under pressure at bar. Repair handsink in women's restroom to be fully functional. Provide hot water at 110 degrees F in men's restroom.
