  • Ice machine is leaking at plumbing. Investigate and correct. 2nd notice. A 1st Re-Inspection fee of $103.00 will be accessed in 10-14 days.

  • 229.164 (o) (7) (C) lunch meat - deli. Date mark refrigerated, ready-to-eat food that is frequently unwrapped or dispensed using an acceptable method.
  • Observed toxic item (cleaning product) on the counter used for deli food preparation.Place all cleaning products in a designated area away from food contact surfaces.
