- Observed black residue on ice machine inside panel. Scoop handle was laying on ice. Ensure to take panel out, and properly wash and sanitize as frequently as needed in order to remove debris. Ensure that handle is stored up and out of the ice to prevent contamination.

- Thermometer in refrigerator where lunch meats and cheeses were being stored was not properly working. Thermometer read at 53 degrees F. Actual temperature was at 40 degrees.
- Observed clean utensils being stored in dirty containers. Ensure that all clean utensils/dishware are stored in an area that is thoroughly clean and properly sanitized.
- Observed ice machine panel to have black debris. Ensure to thoroughly clean and sanitize ice machine panel to be clean and free of any debris, in order to prevent cross contamination.
- Current food establishment permit was not posted in public view, nor most current inspection report from last inspection. Ensure that current license is posted with valid expiration date, as well as this inspection report.
