  • Soda nozzles Should be removed and cleaned as frequent As necessary. Ice machine panel had black mold buildup on panel. Ensure to properly cleAn and sanitize panel. Ensure to thoroughly clean all equipment, rerigeration units, all food contact surfaces in order to be free of food debris and mold buildup to prevent cross contamination.

  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Observed food debris on cream colored plated stored on a shelf intended for clean wares. Also, there were clean utensils in drawers that had food debris as well. Ensure all food contact surfaces are clean.
