- 229.167 (e) (2) no soap. Did not observe any soap at the handsink in the bathroom. Ensure there is soap at the bathroom handsink at all times.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. Did not observe paper towels at handink in bathroom or front counter handsink. Ensure handsinks are equipped with paper towels at all times.
- 229.168 (c) (2) toxics above items. Observed cans of insecticide stored on shelf above single use items. Ensure all toxic items are stored below single use items.
- Did not observe a thermometer in the walk in cooler (for the eggs, bacon, and milk) or in the small sandwich cooler by the beverage machine. Ensure there is a thermometer in the walk in cooler and small sandwich cooler.
- Observed mold growth on the top inside panel of the ice machine. Ensure the top panel and all inside surfaces of the ice machine are clean to sight and touch.
- Did not observe the current food permit posted. The permit that is posted expired in March 2012, but estbalishment is up to date in system. Ensure the current food permit is posted.
