  • Raw chicken, beef and seafood products was all reading an internal temperature of 50F. The products was being stored in a reach-in cooler reading a temperature of 50F. The product was stored in this cooler for 2 hrs. All the products was moved into the walk-in cooler to ensure the products did not exceed the temperature danger zone.
  • the reach-in cooler that was storing potential hazardous products was reading a temperature of 50F. Ensure no PHFs is stored in this cooler until the reach-in cooler is fixed and maintainig a temperature of 41F or less.
