  • Handsink not working properly, no plumbing connected to drain. Manager submitted a work order.

  • 229.167 (p) (5) improper use of sinks. Observed handsink is being used a dump sink (observed cherries) in basin of sink. Currently handsink is not in use due plumbing issues however hansink is not be used for any other use other than handwashing.
  • Chocolate chips in a container contcontamined with water from condesation in front refrigerator.Discarded.
  • Ice machine observed to be leaking and water is leaking onto the floor. Investigate and correct.
  • Observed mold residue, buildup on small cooler doors and gaskets. Clean and santize.

  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Nozzle heads on condiment bottles not clean to sight and touch, observed to have sauce buildup. Nozzles appear to be cracked and not in good repair.

  • Hot dogs in reach in cooler at 55F. All potentially hazardous foods must be held at 41F or below. Take daily temperature logs and have unit serviced if necessary.
