- Ice machine observed to be leaking and water is leaking onto the floor. Investigate and correct.

- 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Wipe down outside surfaces of refrigerators, all surfaces of ice cream condiment cooler, including but not limited to small plastic inserts.
- Hot dogs in reach in cooler at 55F. All potentially hazardous foods must be held at 41F or below. Take daily temperature logs and have unit serviced if necessary.
