- Observed drawer with clean utensils to have foil lining drawer. Ensure that all surfaces, where clean dishes and utensils are stored, are smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.
- Observed refrigerator where milk and tortillas are stored, to have a cloth towels laying in there, and shelves/doors to have some debris on it. Cloth towels should not be used to line pans, etc, and ensure to thoroughly clean all surfaces where food and drinks are stored.
