- Two mop sinks are set up at opposing ends of the kitchen. The sink to the left upon entering kitchen is set up as a handsink. A bucket was observed in sink with some form of scrub brush (could be nail brush). Ensure handsinks are only used for handwashing. Discontinue usage of handsink for holding equipment.
