- Observed a container of onions on the counter next to the hot dogs that were at a temperature of 80F degrees. Ensure that diced onions maintain a temperature of 41F degrees or below. Recommend placing container into an ice bath while sitting out or labeling container with the time they are set out and discarding them after a 4 hours timeframe.
- Hand sink in kitchen did not have paper towels at time of inspection. Ensure that all hand sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels at all times for proper hand washing procedures.

Griller uses gloves to grab the raw meat to put on the grill then he takes the glove off and grabs the buns with his bare hands to but on the other grill with out washing his hands first and using another physical barrier to grab the bun. Griller must wash hands ater takig of the glove used to pick up raw meat. A physical barrier must be used to pick up the bun.Establishment does not have bare hand contact documentation.
