Do not place or keep items inside of handsink. Observed towel and a plastic item inside of handsink. 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. All handsinks must have hot and cold running water. Water at hand machine, was not properly working at first. 229.166 (h) (1) (A)HWS not convenient. HWS was not working, when first arrived for inspection. 229.165 (p)not sanitized.
