- Observed drain pipes at the mop sink, ice machines, and 3 compartment sink without an air gap between the pipe and the top of the drain. Ensure there is an air gap at the end of each pipe and top of the drain that is at least 2x the diameter of the pipe.
- Observed mold growth on corners of the inside panel of both ice machines. Ensure ice machines are routinely cleaned and sanitized to prevent mold growth.
- Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. At time of inspection, an expired permit is being displayed. Ensure the current food permit is displayed in customer view.
