    The air temperatures of the two 2-door Bev Air prep units in the kitchen are 52F (left side) and 51F (right side). Some of the cheese slices at the right side 2-door Bev Air prep in the kitchen are 52F. Maintain cold food at 41F or below. Correct today. Cheese slices were discarded (top layer) and the units were turned down. Recheck temperatures are: Left side 44F Right side 44F The au jous at the front counter is 130F. Increase temperature to 135F or above. Correct today. Some food is warmer than 41F: meatloaf is 46F, portioned ham slices are 46F, liquid egg is 46F, the 2 door Bev Air salad prep (air) is 46F, ham and sausage mix is 46F, and the dressing and cucumbers at the 2 door Bev Air salad prep are 43F. Maintain cold food at 41F or below. Correct today.
