- Upon inspection, the dishmachine alarm was displaying "Detergent alarm." The detergent jug appeared to be empty. Per Eric, the machine has been using up to a "cup of detergent per day". Inspector was unable to verify if the machine was dispensing detergent at the time. Eric switched out the detergent jug. Have a service person come out to service the machine and address the detergent alarm issue today. ***Proper temperature of 160F or greater is being reached at the final rinse for purposes of sanitation.
