OBSERVED DUST BUILD UP ON SCREENS OF THE EXHAUST HOOD AND THE EXHAUST FAN OF THE RESTROOM.
OBSERVED OPEN BAG CONTENTS STORED ON THE SHELF.
SOME FOODS PRODUCTS IN UNDER THE COUNTER FRIDGE WERE MEASURED BETWEEN 41-49F.
THE SANITIZER CONCENTRATION IN ONE OF THE BUCKETS WAS VERY LOW.
THERE IS A LEAKAGE FROM THE HAND SINK LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN.
UNDER THE COUNTER FRIDGE DOES NOT HAVE A THERMOMETER.
