Violation descriptions and comments

- Several boxes of produce on the floor of walk-in. Nick states milk crates will be used to elevate off floor.
- No thin-probe thermometer available to check chicken patties, etc.
- Levels of sanitizer for wiping cloths likely exceed 600ppm, strips not being used to check levels.
- Workers observed going from work station w/ chicken to another work station w/ vegetables using same gloves. Must change gloves, wash hands between stations.
