Reportedly using shell eggs in caesar dressing, advised to cease. Bar needs handsoap & paper towels. Bar area also needs sanitizer for glassware. Soup observed hot held at 149 degrees. "Cold beverage" fridge containing PHF's at 45-48 degrees (repeat) - advised to bring temp down. Most shellfish tags onsite however December records not located. Further info requested regarding water softener installation and maintenance. Further info requested regarding Ecolab service of dishwasher. Ehrlich reportedly comes bimonthly, no issues. Russell Reid reportedly services grease trap every 2-3 months.
