Per bartender, a common-towel is used to dry her hands after handwashing. Paper towels were provided by handsink at time of inspection. Observed untreated wood on/in popcorn storage cabinet. Seal. Observed debris accumulation in ice machine. Clean. Trash receptacle in men's restroom does not have a lid. Provide lid. Both exit doors at facility were propped open at time of inspection. These doors were closed by staff at time of inspection. Observed rodent feces in cabinet in bar. Per bartender she was not sure if facility has a current contract with a exterminator, if facility does not have a current contract it is recommended that one is contracted. Clean cabinets in bar.
