Observed employees not wearing effective hair restraints.
The sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was ~100 ppm of quat sanitizer. Per employee it was probably made at 1pm. It was remade to be the correct concentration. Explained that they need to know where the test strips are located and use them everytime to test the sanitizer.
The back door was propped open during inspection. Per employee they don't normally have it open, but it was very warm in the facility. The door was closed. Explained they're unable to prop open the door due to pest entry.

Observed dishwasher dipping dishes into sanitizer. Hold dishes in sanitizer for sixty seconds. Corrected on-site.
Observed one box of drinking cups that was being stored on the floor in-front of the storage shelving near the back door. All food/ food-contact items must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
