- There is food buildup in the walk in freezer and behind equipment in the wok area. Also there is detergent that has spilled on the floor by the 3-compartment sink.
- There was a gallon of paint stored over soda syrup lines. The paint was removed. Also there was a spray bottle of glass cleaner in the drive through area on the counter. Discussed chemical storage. They were both moved.
- Quat sanitizer concentration was too high in the 3-compartment sink and buckets. Per manager they have been having problems with the dispenser putting too much quat. Discussed having employees test the sanitizer everytime. Make sure to keep it in the sanitizer for 10 seconds and if it turns a blue type color it's too strong. The sanitizer was remade and the manager called Ecolab to take a look at the dispenser.

- Shelves in walk-in cooler have debris on them, Clean. The inside of prep coolers in the cooking area of the kitchen (across from the cooking units) have debris accumulation. Clean.
- The door handles of the walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and prep coolers in the kitchen area are dirty. Clean.
- Observed pans stacked and stored wet on shelves by the 3 compartment sink in the back area. Rewash, rinse, sanitize and air dry prior to storage.
- Floor of walk-in cooler needs cleaned (water accumulation and debris under shelves and in corner by shelf). Floor of kitchen/cooking area is greasy and has some debris on it. Clean.

- Observed cooked corn temperature at 47F in cold prep unit. Container of corn was placed on top of other containers and not in its proper space in the cold prep unit. The corn was discarded voluntarily by the cook and new corn was placed appropriately in the unit. Maintain cold food at 41 F or below. All other food in this unit were at appropriate temperature. Per manager, the corn comes in frozen and is thawed and kept in the fridge for use.
- Observed two employees practice improper hand washing. They turned the faucet off with bare hands after washing hands. Discussed proper hand washing with the manager. Employees were observed washing their hands properly after being retrained by the manager.

- The outsides of the cooking equipment (grills, fryers) had a build up of debris. Clean and sanitize them.
- Found build-up of debris/grease on floors. Clean the floors especially in the cooking area and under and around equipment.
