  • Observed door on left beverage cooler off of its track and in disrepair. Repair. (Lower building)
  • Observed debris and dust accumulation on all surfaces and equipment throughout facility. Wash, rinse, and sanitize all items/surfaces in facility. This must be done in all three concession areas covered under this permit.
  • Observed uncovered single use silverware stored on shelf in a way that the mouth-contact pieces are handled. Store with handles facing upwards. (brown building)
  • Observed mop bucket and large metal tub blocking the access to handsink in lower building. Two gatorade bottles and a cloth were also stored in sink. Handsinks must be accessible at all times. All items were removed by staff at time of inspection.
  • Trash receptacles in restrooms do not have lids. Please provide lids. (Upper concession)
  • Observed floor that is chipping and peeling. Repaint or reseal. (brown building.
  • Observed debris and dirt accumulation on floors. Clean and ensure routine cleaning. (Lower level building and brown building)
  • Observed pesticide stored next to cleaning chemicals. These chemicals must be stored physically separate. Pesticide was moved by staff at time of inspection.
