Reinspection: All food containers were properly covered and the reach-ins had the stainless steal cover lid which maintained the cool air flow inside the units
Continue monitoring temperatures
Keep all units properly covered/closed when not in use
If temperatures rise, remove food and transfer to another properly working unit.

Observed three reach-in refrigeration units out of compliance with temperatures between 46 and 53 degrees
Repair/replace units as to be properly operating reaching temperatures below 41 degrees
Also, maintain the reach-in lids placed at the reach-ins to maintain/keep proper temperatures.
