Observed couple of employees drinks stored at food preparation area
No employees shall eat or drink in any working area
All drinks must be covered with cup's lid, a straw, and store away from food preparaton, food storage, warewashing utensils areas to prevent food contamination

All liquid waste must drain to approved fully functioning sewage disposal system
Immediately stop food preparation until health inspector re-inspects facility and authorize to open kitchen
Contact a plumber to repair any plumbing issues

Cleaning and sanitizing must take place before opening/start cooking-food preparation
Observed two adult alive cockroaches with eggs inside handwashing sink
Facility has pest control services monthly with E-colab
Continue with in-house and professional pest control
Cleaning/sanitizing floor underneath cooking equipment to remove food debris and remove standing water by warewashing areas
Repair plumbing issues to eliminate further cockroach problems.
