- Inaccurate thermometers in all walk-in refrigerators, missing thermometers and broken thermometer in other refrigerators
- Observed heavily soiled hand-towels in butcher shop laying on cutting table
- Observed hose connected to the water heater in the Deli Dept

- Disconnect hose from hose bib and install a backflow protection device on hose bib
- Observed buildup of old food debris in Deli Dept
- and spilled soda in warehouse
- Observed all floor sinks filled with trash and old food debris
- Keep all floor sinks clean and functioning
- Ceiling panels in Deli and Meat Dept
- are heavily soiled with grease and buildup
- Clean or replace all ceiling panels
- Obtain food safety certificate within 30 days
- Failure to comply may result in permit suspension and revocation
- This is an infraction punishable at to $100 for each day in violation
- Deli Department has been closed by order senior inspector
- Reinspection required within 3 to four weeks
- An administrative office hearing will be scheduled
