Observed the only employee handling ice with bare hands while making sno cones, not washing hands after handling cash, then handling food with bare hands
Hand washing is required between taking cash and preparing food
Gloves may be an option as well
Observed old rodent droppings inside cabinet under 3 compartment sink
Faucet fixture for 3 compartment sink is the wrong size
Faucet must completely reach under each compartment of this sink, Food safety training permit/ certificate must be posted inside facility at all times (and be current).
