Food temperatures in walk-in and beverage/coffee area refrigerators immediately adjusted
Recheck of food temps resulted lower, beef at 42 degrees in walk-in and butter at 45 degrees in beverage fridge
All refrigeration units shall be capable of maintaining internal food temperatures at required maximums - 41 degrees or lower for potentially hazardous food (perishable food) and 45 degrees or lower for dairy/milk.

Repeat violation: onions and rice at 128 degrees at steam table
Cook will heat them to 165 degrees and return back to steam table and maintain at or above 135 degrees
Observed cook handle/serve a side of rice without washing his hands after wiping his hands on soiled wiping cloth
Hands must be washed always after touching unclean surface or item and before preparing food
Plastic container of flour with dust bunnies laying on top of flour
Flour was thrown out by chef
Lids must be kept on food items to avoid contamination
Knife with lettuce debris in clean storage area
Keep food-contact surface areas clean in storage.
