Provide a backflow or backsiphonage prevention device on all threaded faucets. Remove the y-type adapter or install a double check valve w/ an atmospheric vent or pressure rated vacuum breaker.

- 1530 - There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
Obtain a quat test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level. - 3340 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Containers of toxic cleaners are not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.
Containers of toxic chemicals must be located in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.
Kitchen only used for special functions. Not in operation at time of inspection. Violations discussed for correction.

Comments:Hand washing signs needed at all hand washing stations including rest-rooms. Bulbs needed under hood. Covered trash cans needed in rest-room. Rest-room door hinges needed to be tighten, so that it self-closes. Will check dish machine on follow-up visit not functioning properly today; manager will call Hobart to have them check. Permit issued, will be mailed.
