Comments:
No violations noted at time of inspection. Discussed proper hand washing/sanitizing between loading of dirty utensils and equipment and unloading of clean items in the dish washing area. Also discussed proper hand washing/sanitizing for wait staff when busing tables or engaging in other activities which involve handling of soiled items. Please remind employees that they may only drink from a closed container with a lid and straw in the kitchen and other food preparation areas. Consumer advisory for new menus should warn customers of the increased risk of consuming raw and/or undercooked foods. An example advisory would be "Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness." This advisory must be posted on the menu and then linked to any products which could be served raw and/or undercooked via some unique marking (i.e. asterisk, star, cross, etc.).

1400 - Ice buckets were not stored so that excess moisture could effectively drain. Store ice buckets in a manner in which accumulated moisture due to conditions such as condensation, food or beverage drip, or melting ice completely drain.
2000 - Clean utensils were stored in a plastic bin with accumulations of dirt and debris in the bottom. Store utensils and equipment in a clean, dry location where not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination at least 6 inches above the floor.
