Double door freezer was replaced with a chest freezer. All other items have been corrected. Electrical problem was fixed. 30 day permit issued.

1. Drain lines under handsink/prep sink spill onto floor. Alter drain lines so that water flows into floor drain.
2. Seal edges around grease interceptor so liquids cannot flow underneath.
3. Seal all bare wood--shelves and supports under counters.
4. Double door refrigerator is not working. Service tech was called.
Call when freezer is operating or you have a replacement. Check on electrical system
