Reminder to keep single use paper towels at the hand washing sink near the dishwashing sinks as wipe rags or dish towels should not be used for drying hands. When cleaning utensils or dishware, wash with soap and water, rinse with clean water, soak in sanitizing solution (50-100 ppm bleach/chlorine), and then air dry. Left a manual dishwashing poster.
