Re-inspection revealed the following: (1) In W-in cooler milk was @ 41 F. (2) The temperature of Garlic in oil that was siiting over container of ice in upper section of Make Unit was 77 F. They had to refrigerate the garlic in oil so that it can keep at 41 F or lower. (3) Single-use containers were being reused to store foods. They were advised to discontinue reusing single-use containers to store foods.
