Comments:Hard boiled eggs are purchased from a supplier that ships in dated atmospheric packaging. These eggs are placed out for the public in a covered container that is kept cool with ice.
Milk is being displayed in plastic containers that have a stainless steel ice pack within to keep the milk 41 degrees or below. The movement of milk is such that it is rare it is out more than 60 minutes before new is put out. Time/temperatures controls are in place and are being used by management for this product.
Hand washing for food personell is done at a sink that is near the serving area of the food.
