Observation: No power available on-site so the unit must run on generator power. Generator cannot support both refrigerator and water pump, so the water pump was off upon arrival.
Correction: Water must be available for handwashing at all times during operation. Supplement refrigerator with ice if needed. When power is available, all equipment can run normally. Bigger generator may be needed.
