This is an inspection to follow-up with a complaint "... she bit a piece of metal in the potatoes...". Complaint discussed with manager, he reported that the tomatoes dicer was damaged during it's use and a piece of metal fell into the tomatoes. Instrument was discarded and replaced with a new one. Customer was informed about reason of her finding. All food dicer processed food was discarded. The manager was informed of importance of equipment inspection, it was recommended to inspect and monitor all equipment routinely and discuss food protection and public health issues with his employees.
