Met manager relating to report of a fire. There was a minor fire in one of the HVAC units but the fire and fire department response caused no damage to the kitchen area. There was a slight smell of smoke. All food prep surfaces were cleaned and sanitized prior to opening. All open/exposed single service food containers were discarded. Reviewed with manager the food preparation procedures and documentation verifying cook temperatures and food storage temperatures. Discussed employee health policy in regard to exclusion of employees. No violations observed at time of inspection. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 01/07/2014 | Routine | |
