Remove all unnecessary items from the facility. The presence of unnecessary articles, including equipment which is no longer used, makes regular and effective cleaning more difficult and less likely. It can also provide harborage for insects and rodents.

Recommend mounting soap dispenser on the wall at the hand sink.
Inquire to the soda distributor concerning a back flow prevention device on the carbonator of the soda dispenser.
Proper cooling - cool product (rapidly) from 135F to 70F (within 2 hrs) and 70f to 41F with in additional 4 hours. If the product is improperly cooled - it must be discarded. Note keep top down on prep table to help maintain 41F or below.
