Units (make-unit and glass refrigerator) are still not holding temperatures of 41F or below. Potentially hazardous foods, such as chicken and beef are holding in between 48-54F. A written time control has been posted stating that "All potentially hazardous foods such as raw meats, egg products, cooked vegetables or tofu are to be discarded and NOT put back into refrigeration for later use. Any potentially hazardous food on time control is to be discarded after 4 hours. Written time control must be posted to ensure all employees can see and understand policy. Owner has scheduled units to be serviced. Buffet is from 11:30AM-2PM. All other violations have been fixed from previous inspection. Permit issued.
