  Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
• 1770 A - Critical Repeat The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: soda gun holder.
  Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.
• 2350 ii - Hot water was excessively hot at 133 degrees F.
  Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good working order.

• 1800 - The nonfood contact surface of the dustpan had accumulations of grime and debris.
  Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
• 2350 ii - Floor drains at the bar need cleaning.
  Thoroughly clean out all floor drains.
• 3270 - Harborage conditions exist for drain flies at the bar. The fly trap needs to be relocated to where the flies are. The current location is inadequate.
  Eliminate harborage conditions for flies. Relocate the fly trap.

• 1770 A - Critical At the bar, the following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: soda gun holder and nozzles.
  Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.

• 0550 - Dispensing utensils improperly stored between uses.
  Store in-use utensils or dispensing utensils in one of the following manners: 1) In the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container. 2) In food that is not potentially hazardous with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed. 3) On a clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment only if the in-use utensil and the food-contact surface of the food preparation table or cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. 4) In running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain. 5) In a clean, protected location if the utensils are used only with a food that is not potentially hazardous. 6) In a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135F.

• 1800 - The nonfood contact surface of dustpans had accumulations of grime and food debris.
  Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
• 3270 - Repeat Harborage conditions exist for flies at the bar.

• 2720 - Observed filled refuse containers stored in the establishment containing food residue wastes without lids.
  Cover all waste containers when not in continuous use. This is also for fly control.
• 3270 - Repeat Harborage conditions exist for drain flies, especially at the BAR.
  Eliminate harborage conditions. Install a fly trap at the bar. Insects and other pests are capable of transmitting disease to man by contaminating food and food-contact surfaces.

  Clean out all floor drains.
• 3080 - In the lower level, the light in the beer cooler was out.
  Provide at least 20 foot candles of light in the beer cooler.

  Eliminate harborage conditions .Have Pest Control Company identify and eliminate all flies.
